I know it is a variation of blackjack, but what are some of the differences? Also, where can I play it online?

Spanish 21 is very similar to blackjack. One of the biggest differences is that all the 10s are removed from the deck, leaving you with 48 cards in the standard deck. You can find out other differences between Spanish 21 and Blackjack at http://www.takevegashome.com/spanish21_rules.shtml
