Are people under the age of 18 allowed to enter a concert that takes place in a casino?

Ok, so me and my friend are dyyyyyyying to see Ringo Starr in concert. The location we can get to is at the Fallsview Casino, but her dad says he’s not sure if we can get in the casino.
Is there like a separate entrance or an exception, or what
We have to be, right?

If you’re talking about The Avalon Ballroom Theatre At Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort, these are the age restrictions.
General Rules:
Must be 19 years of age or older to purchase tickets or attend Avalon Ballroom performances.
Children Rules:
Must be 19 years of age or older to purchase tickets or attend Avalon Ballroom performances.
Depends on the venue. At the River Cree casino in Edmonton, the concert venue is in a separate building.
It depends entirely on the building. If the casino has a hotel in it, there’s probably a "safe" area where you can walk through to get to the venue. Just call the venue and ask. I’m sure Ringo will be an all ages show, and it will probably be full of 60 year old women. Have fun.
Some shows are open to minors, some require an adult to accompany them. What you need to do is contact the Casino and ask about ticket restrictions and access. They will be happy to tell you so you before you buy your tickets. I am in Las Vegas, so I really don’t know about Fallsview,
I don’t know to be honest but I think you will be able to find out if you look on the website.
