On the european wheel you can bet "orphans" which is one section or something else which is another, etc. What is the quickest way to bet on lets say, one half of the wheel excluding 0/00 (although I prefer a european wheel.)?Is there a way to bet on half of the wheel, 1/3, 1/4? there is a previous question like this, but the answer to the "resolved question" says mohegan sun and foxwoods are closest, but this is wrong, as you must be 21 to play blackjack there.

Last night while playing bingo it seemed some numbers were being called a lot more than others. Someone even won twice. Is it possible the fix was in and the results be illegitimate?
