I mean do the people also in the game just play it off as suicide or is it considered murder? Details please?

Committing suicide is a crime. Ask any lawyer. A person who attempts suicide and fails can be convicted of attempted murder, although normally they would just be assigned psychiatric treatment.
Playing Russian Roulette as a group could be considered conspiracy to commit murder. It does not matter that the person pulled the trigger on themselves. Plenty of arguments could be made that the person was coerced or felt that had no choice but to play the game, in which case everyone else who was there is guilty of aggravated murder.
Idk, but it bothers me that you want to know this.
It is considered to be a stupid accident. And the owner of the gun better have his firearm papers in order…
A friend of my daughter’s was playing a game of, do you trust me, with a friend. The guy pointed the gun at my daughter’s friend and pulled the trigger. It shot him in the head and he died. His trial just finished up and he was found guilty of murder.
Banzai, news update said murder…russian roulette is "played" alone or with someone else. Still same difference. But in the situation I spoke of, the stupid guys did it all the time, however, this was the first time an actual bullet was in the gun. Pretty good aim for a game of chance.
depends what country you live in
April: He was convicted of murder because that technically was murder, or man slaughter.
But in Russian Roulette, you shoot yourself, so it’s considered suicide or just a really retarded guy who probably wanted to die anyway.
