Where can i find a roulette game with low betting limits and a high table limit?

I’m wondering if anyone out there knows of an online casino where the roulette wheel is a European roulette wheel (single zero) with a one dollar starting bet minimum and a table limit of at least 0.
In response to one of the answers…all I can do is sigh. No, not the martingale system. That system is mathematically certain to fail. The best you can do on a roulette table is even the odds and that’s the very best and it’s very difficult to do. This is for fun and recreation, not making my fortune.

There’s only ONE reason anyone wants low minimums and high maximums – because they think that they "thought up" a winning system that has to do with doubling up your bet. I’ll bet you really actually believe that you thought this up all by yourself!
Even if you DID think it up all by yourself, you will be the 17,873,426th person that "thought this up". As Check Raise said, this is called the "Martingale System".
Do yourself a favor and do some on-line searches for "Martingale System", and READ about why the system DOESN’T work! (As opposed to finding out the hard way and throwing your money down the drain!)
No matter how you slice it, if you are trying to beat roulette, you WILL lose. If you’re lucky you won’t lose right away, but it really won’t matter. Eventually you’ll go broke.
Try to beat roulette at your peril.
