Is there a way to beat the house with blackjack?

I have seen the film "21", and yes, I know films are fiction. But still, is there a way to beat the house with blackjack with expert mathematical skills? I understand, you’ll need luck as well, but in this way you could create your own luck.

if you know more than one, please list them all. thanks i’m looking for one nearest to new york city.
there is a previous question like this, but the answer to the "resolved question" says mohegan sun and foxwoods are closest, but this is wrong, as you must be 21 to play blackjack there.

I own a nice new Samsung SGH-i607 BlackJack and I am hoping to accessorize it with new games and hopefully crack a few things on the phone, only problem is i cant find any place to download some free java games that are compatible with the phone.

I am doing a math project over probability and i chose to study the game blackjack. Can you tell me the chances (in fractions) of getting 21 on the first hand, the first hit (if you have two cards, and say hit me) and the third hit? (with a game played between the dealer and one person)

Normal Hi-Low counters have like a 1-2% advantage over the house.

What percentage do you have over the house by knowing ALL the cards left in a blackjack deck at any time.
If you were a card counting GOD, and knew exactly how many 2′s, 8′s, Jack’s, etc. were left. Not necessarily their order, just how many of each.

i.e. What’s the hypothetical MAXIMUM advantage in card counting?

In Blackjack, even if the remaining cards in the shoe are shuffled after every round, rendering card counting to be pretty much useless, is there still a way to get a significant advantage over the house?

The blackjack tables I go to don’t have brochures that explain the special rules and contingencies like double after split or what can be double downed. I tried a site called trackjack but its reported games are outdated. I also tried asking the dealers but they just stare at me like a deer in the headlights. I don’t want to ask the pit bosses b/c i dont want to draw heat.

I’m an advantage player btw

Do you think casinos cheat with the game blackjack?

Sometimes, I go to tables and clean up at blackjack. Other times, most of the time, if the dealer has a 10 or face card, their under card is ALWAYS another 10 or face card. They have to be cheating. If blackjack was honest, they would lose a lot of money, don’t you think?

At least the slots are honest. Roulette’s not that bad, but I definitely think some cheating goes on there. It’s possible, and probably very easy.
