What cards do you have to remove to play blackjack?

Last night while playing bingo it seemed some numbers were being called a lot more than others. Someone even won twice. Is it possible the fix was in and the results be illegitimate?
I had two cards (as everyone else) and never got super close.

I am doing a math project over probability and i chose to study the game blackjack. Can you tell me the chances (in fractions) of getting 21 on the first hand, the first hit (if you have two cards, and say hit me) and the third hit? (with a game played between the dealer and one person)

Normal Hi-Low counters have like a 1-2% advantage over the house.

What percentage do you have over the house by knowing ALL the cards left in a blackjack deck at any time.
If you were a card counting GOD, and knew exactly how many 2′s, 8′s, Jack’s, etc. were left. Not necessarily their order, just how many of each.

i.e. What’s the hypothetical MAXIMUM advantage in card counting?

In Blackjack, even if the remaining cards in the shoe are shuffled after every round, rendering card counting to be pretty much useless, is there still a way to get a significant advantage over the house?

Are there regulations to the number of decks of cards used or is it at the individual casinos discretion?

I’ve known how to play blackjack for years but I never got into it until like a couple weeks ago. Ive been researching about card counting and I was just wondering when I should make big bets. The casino works with 6 decks and I understand that 2-6 is +1 and 10-Ace is -1……so should I wait until 3 or 4 decks of cards have been dealt and then make bigger bets if the count is good? Or should I start betting higher as soon as the count is a +?

i have found a local place to play blackjack so i am trying to learn the best strategies of blackjack. i am learning quickly on when to hit, stand, or double but my question is it possible to count cards with a 6 deck shu?
